I have accumulated over 20 years of experience in international leadership roles in Marketing and Sales within premier consumer goods companies such as Procter & Gamble, Electrolux, Kraft Foods, and Mondelez International.
Throughout my career, I have excelled in various capacities, including strategic, functional, global, regional, and local roles. I have played a key role in identifying commercial growth opportunities and instigating organisational change. My deep expertise in customer and shopper insights, along with customer experiences, data analytics, and digital transformation, have been instrumental in driving growth. Additionally, I possess extensive experience in emerging markets and have provided consultancy services to notable companies such as PMI, Fazer, GSK, Oriflame, Campbell’s, and more.
As an accomplished Non-Executive Board Director, I am presently engaged with listed international companies in the retail sector.
In my most recent operational role, I served as the Global VP of CX Marketing, Insights & Analytics at Electrolux. During this tenure, I designed the company’s CX Marketing Insights & Analytics organisation, built capabilities and implemented new approaches and ways of working.
I am a Swedish national residing in Switzerland since 2008, following eight years in the Asia Pacific region. I have worked across numerous countries in the world and lived in seven. I speak Swedish, English, and German.
